Veloratech ("we", "us") operates this website, the Velora Account and Velora products. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address and a hashed password when you create a Velora Account.
• Organization and billing data — organization name, billing email, address, tax ID, invoices and payment records (for example a bank-transfer reference). We do not store card numbers.
• Communications — messages you send through contact forms, project requests, support tickets and partner applications.
• Product usage records — subscriptions, activations, license keys, API key metadata (never the full key) and an audit log of account actions.
• Technical data — IP address and browser user agent, used for security and abuse prevention.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie (velora_session) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use data

To provide and bill for the services you sign up for, respond to enquiries and support requests, send service emails (for example invoices, trial reminders and security notices), prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. Sales follow-up on enquiries you send us is based on our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf ([list your hosting, email and payment providers]), with partners when you were referred by them (limited to the referral status), and where required by law.

Retention

We keep account and billing records while your account is active and afterwards as required for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that don't become customers are deleted or anonymised after [retention period].

Your rights

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, tokens and API keys are stored hashed, sessions are HTTP-only cookies, and access inside our team is role-based and logged.
