Free trials
Trials are free and never charged. If a trial ends without an upgrade, it simply expires.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't provide pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law or at our discretion.
Billing errors
If you were invoiced or charged in error, contact support@veloratech.com within [30] days of the invoice date and we will correct it — usually by voiding the invoice or issuing a refund to the original payment method.
Custom software and services
Refunds for project work follow the milestone and acceptance terms in your signed proposal.
