Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Veloratech website, the Velora Account and Velora products ("Services"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organization.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. Organization owners control membership and roles and are responsible for actions taken by their members.

Trials

Trial length is shown on each plan. We send a reminder about 3 days before a trial ends. If you don't upgrade, the trial expires and access to that product stops; no charge is made.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Invoices are payable within 14 days. If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date the subscription becomes past due; if it is still unpaid after a further 14 days, the subscription is cancelled and access ends. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Changing and cancelling

You can change plans or cancel at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. Upgrades during a period are invoiced pro-rata. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Services: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or overload systems, no reselling access except under a partner agreement, and no use of the API beyond published limits.

Custom software and professional services

Custom development, ERP implementation and other professional services are governed by the proposal or statement of work you accept, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

Partners and marketplace apps

Partner-published marketplace apps are provided by the listed partner. Partner programme participation and commissions are subject to approval and the commission plan assigned to your partner account.

Intellectual property

We own the Services. You own your data and content. You grant us a licence to host and process your data only to provide the Services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. [Review this section with counsel.]

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or have unpaid invoices beyond the grace period.
